All Sysformance services execute the required measurements with so called "probes". The probes are located at facilities of the large providers to ensure that they are as near as possible to the backbone of the relevant ISPs.

The probe software executes the test programmes and redundant central server system process and stores the results raising alerts when necessary. The stored data can then be viewed vith the web based interface.
