The calendar functions allow a time-based control of the Nettraffic system:

Examples
- remove maintenance windows from SLA reports
- have different alert recipients at different times of the day
- different alert limits at different times of the day
- reduce measurement load on the monitored servers during backup periods
Available time sections
- repeating (can be combined):
- time of day
- weekday and weekday-interval
- occurance in month (ie the 2nd Monday in the month)
- fixed day in month (ie the 1st)
- fixed intervals with start and end date
