As a normal Web browser loadtime loads one complete web page (basic page, Frames, graphic components, Javascript-files, style sheets, etc.), regardless of whether the page is statically or dynamically constructed.

Measurements return the following data:
- Redirect (time taken for any redirects)
- DNS Lookup (time used for domainname lookup of the base page)
- Initialize (time for connection estabilshment)
- First Packet (time till arrival of first data packet)
- Basepage (total time for receiveing the base page)
- Content (time required to load all further page elements)
- Totalbytes (total number of bytes received)
- Requests (total number of requests excluding redirects)
- Errorcodes (error codes and counts)
This data can be viewed interactively in the statistics center (as
line graphs or bar charts or in tabular form) for evaluation purposes and provides the basis for the daily and weekly
reports.
