Status reports are provided at daily, weekly and monthly intervals. They are distributed by e-mail in Text, HTML format (German or English) or if required XML. Each report contains the following data:

• Summary - load time and the number of faults.
• Load time - distribution.
• Fault - distribution.
• Load times per transaction segment (only for transactions).
• Load time/fault - daily distributions.
• Load time/fault - weekdays distribution (only for weekly and monthly reports).
• Load time/fault - distribution relating to sensors.
• Fault log

Additionally the basic data can be provided as a xml formatted export file.
